Man Caught Having Sex With a Cow- Video

Uasin Gishu County, a 20-year-old man, Billy Kipchumba, has been handed a two-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to committing an unnatural act with a cow on September 11, 2023. The case unfolded before Principal Magistrate Caroline Wamitta in Eldoret, Kenya.

Kipchumba, a farm worker, stunned the courtroom when he admitted to the bizarre act but claimed to have used a condom while doing so. He stood before the court with remorse in his eyes, pleading for forgiveness, emphasizing that this was his first offense. He attributed his actions to an overwhelming sexual urge, describing it as the handiwork of the devil.

The shocking revelation continued when the owner of the cow took the stand, recounting how he stumbled upon the disturbing scene. He had been alerted by unusual commotion emanating from his cowshed at 0700 hrs on that fateful Monday. What he discovered left him in disbelief: Kipchumba, with his pants down, engaged in a disturbing act with one of his cattle.

Magistrate Caroline Wamitta, after carefully considering the evidence presented, rendered her verdict, finding the accused guilty as charged. In a stern and unequivocal statement, she emphasized the importance of treating animals with the same respect and dignity as human beings. Consequently, she sentenced Billy Kipchumba to a two-year prison term as a deterrent and a statement on the seriousness of such offenses.

The case serves as a stark reminder of the need to safeguard the well-being of animals and to ensure that those who engage in acts of cruelty or perversion are held accountable for their actions. It highlights the legal system’s commitment to upholding justice, even in cases that challenge societal norms.

Kipchumba has been granted a 14-day window to appeal the ruling, which leaves the possibility of further legal developments in this disturbing case that has shaken the community of Seretio village and raised questions about the welfare of animals in the region.
