VIDEO OF A MAN WHO COLLAPSED DURING STEAMY SESSION WITH LOVER

Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) detectives want the companion of a man who died while having a good time in a Nairobi apartment arrested.

Joseph, 40, allegedly developed difficulty in breathing while with his girlfriend at Myra apartments in Kilimani on Monday, February 28.

On the fateful day, Joseph checked in at the apartment located along Kindaruma Road before the 25-year-old woman, only identified as JM to conceal her identity, joined him.

Minutes later, the girlfriend, who is reportedly a Kenya Revenue Authority employee, stormed out of the apartment, screaming, saying her lover had collapsed and died.

Police visited the scene with paramedics who confirmed he had died. They moved the body to the mortuary pending an autopsy.

Gasping for air
In the application filed in court on Wednesday, March 2, JM, upon interrogation, admitted that they checked in the apartment at 6 pm.

She said while they were making love, he started producing whizzing sounds before getting off the bed. He then sat on the floor while gasping for air.

The woman told the police that she tried to inquire from the deceased what was happening but he never responded, which prompted her to seek the intervention of the apartment management.

By the time emergency services arrived, he had already died.

The investigating officer told the court that a team of police officers from the Kilimani area visited the scene and found Joseph’s body in a sitting position while leaning on the wall.

A search was conducted in the house and several assorted medicines, alcoholic drinks and soft drinks believed to belong to the deceased were recovered and kept as exhibits.

The state asked Principal Magistrate Zainab Abdul to give them 14 days to conduct an autopsy and analyse the items found in the room to ascertain the course of his death.
