RAILA ODINGA REVEALS SECRET WHERE THE MONEY IS HIDDEN

ODM leader Raila Odinga has defended his social welfare plan of giving a Ksh.6,000 monthly stipend to jobless Kenyans if he becomes President in next year’s General Elections.

Odinga insists that he is well aware of where the billions of shillings needed to sustain the said social welfare plan will come from.

Speaking Tuesday on the third and final day of his campaign tour of the Coastal region, Odinga said he will seal loopholes through which public funds are lost and consequently secure money to sustain the Ksh.6,000-a-month package.

“Mimi Raila Odinga nishakuwa waziri mkuu wa Kenya. Najua pahali pesa iko.

The former premier told off those criticising his plan, telling them to mind their own business.

Addressing during stopovers in Lunga Lunga and Ukunda areas, Odinga hit out at Deputy President William Ruto questioning the source of the funds he has consistently donated to women and youth groups as well as churches.

Odinga questioned.

He urged the youth to register as voters and rally behind him as his soldiers in next years elections, assuring them he would transform their lives.

“We have the will and as they say, where there is a will there is a way. We want Kenyans to walk together. Mimi ni mkenya. Sitaki wafuasi…nataka washirika.
