FRESH TWIST IN DP RUTO’S MURDER PLOT AS COURT MAKES HUGE RULING.
A Nairobi court has found that former state house digital director Dennis Itumbi has a case to answer in Deputy William Ruto’s assassination claim.
Itumbi is charged with publishing a falsified letter dated May 30, 2018, with the intent to cause anxiety to the general public contrary to Section 66(1) of the Penal Code.

Appearing before Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku in August, Itumbi’s lawyer Katwa Kigen urged the court to rule that his client has no case to answer.

In the said letter, the accused allegedly claimed that powerful government officers who met at Hotel La Mada in Nairobi had planned to assassinate Ruto.
