BABU OWINO COMPLETELY DESTROYS DP RUTO BEYOND REPAIR

Embakasi member of parliament Babu Owino has taken a swipe at deputy president William Samoei Ruto once more.

Babu while comparing Ruto’s economic policy and that of Raila made it clear that the bottom up was only meant to defraud Kenyans as opposed to helping them.

According to Babu Owino, Kenyans were not safe in the hands of Pharisee (Ruto) and that the bottom up will make him wait for the poor to produce then he squanders the same wealth “up there” 

The vibrant legislator further maintained that Ruto was just a political dealer unlike Raila who is the true political leader.

“In whose hands are you safe? Are you safe in the hands of a pharisee or are you safe in the hands of a political liberator in Raila.? Are you safe in the hands of a political dealer in Ruto or are you safe in the hand of a political leader in baba.

“Are you safe in the hands of a missionary leader as the self confessed Ruto says or are you safe in a visionary leader in baba because vision is a function of the heart, it sees tomorrow but mission is a function of the eyes, it sees now and sees your taxes which am coming to next.

“Are you safe in the hands of a man who will give youths jobs in the ministries and in different parastatals to be the director generals as ambassadors, as principals secretaries and generally give youths jobs in this nation or are you safe in the hands of a person who will pilfer, misappropriate, expropriate, steal, defraude money meant for the youths in the name of the bottom up?

“Bottom up means collect money at the bottom, pay more taxes and he is waiting for you up there and steal or take all that money.” Posed Babu.

The legislator continued: ” Are you safe in the hands of a man who misrepresents factoids in the name of giving you a wheelbarrow or are you safe in the hands of a man who represents facts in the name of giving you a pen and a paper to our children.

“Babu Owino also said that the current value of a wheelbarrow is more expensive than the current value of a pen and a book but the future value of a wheelbarrow depreciates to zero but the future value of pens given to our children appreciates to the production of doctors, production of businessmen and women, production of lawyers and other serious people in the government.

On the other hand, Babu Owino maintained that the depreciated value of a wheelbarrow will give back to the village salads, demagogues, lethargic fools, sheer lethargy, political liliwarts, financial dwarfs and financial orphans. In whose hands are you safe? Stated Babu Owino in sustained attack to DP Ruto.
