What Ichungwah and Kalonzo Agreed on After Bipartisan Talks

Hours after leaders from Azimio la Umoja and One Kenya Alliance met at the Bomas of Kenya to commence bipartisan talks, Kenya Kwanza leader Kimani Ichungwa has revealed what transpired during the session.

In a press statement released on Monday afternoon, Ichungwa said the committee met and agreed on various issues to be put in place before the talks could commence further.

The leader of the Majority in the National Assembly said the committee agreed that parliamentary leadership for both National Assembly and Senate will process a motion to legally establish the dialogue team.

Ichungwa said the national assembly will process the membership on Friday this week and the senate which is currently in recess will be sorted by the senate leadership.

The next meeting has been slated for next week on Monday 21st at Bomas of Kenya.
