HASSAN JOHO AGREES WITH WILLIAM RUTO ON THIS ISSUE

Mombasa county governor and deputy party leader of the Orange Democratic Movement Party Hassan Joho has finally admitted that the Mombasa Port was sold as the Kenya Kwanza Coalition claimed yesterday.

In a press statement read by the ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi on behalf of the Kenya Kwanza, the DP Ruto led coalition alleged that the Uhuru Kenyatta administration has auctioned the Mombasa Port to a Dubai company.

Speaking today in campaign rally attended by the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance coalition leader Raila Odinga, Joho has admitted that the port was auctioned and that it is deputy president William Ruto who supported it’s sale.

“The sale of Mombasa Port was passed in a cabinet meeting where president Uhuru Kenyatta and deputy president William Ruto were present. When Ruto was asked whether he supports the idea, he said he supports it 100%,” Joho alleged while lecturing Ruto.

Joho claimed that Ruto cannot purport to be an ally of the costal people when he was part of the plan.
