BYE MUSALIA: HUGE CONSTITUTIONAL MISTAKE RUTO MADE

The position of Prime Cabinet Secretary currently held by honorable Musalia Mudavadi is now in a state of limbo as Senator Daniel maanza has decided to allege the one mistake that President William Ruto has made.

Maanzo who also doubles as a renowned lawyer has claimed that it was unconstitutional for the president to appoint Mudavadi through his head of state order.

According to him, this post has not been provided for in the current constitution that is now in use in the republic of Kenya.

He has further narrated that there has also been an idea of the current administration going forward to create the office of the leader of opposition which he argues that it has not been brought on table in good faith.

It should be noted that after Mudavadi joined forces with Ruto last year, they agreed that he would be given the prime cabinet secretary position while honorable Moses Wetang’ula and Amason Kingi were to become national and senate speakers respectively.
