GOVT EXPOSED ON WHAT THEY’RE PLANNING TO DO AHEAD OF MEGA PROTEST

Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition leader Raila Odinga will lead his supporters to the streets in what they term as Mega Monday rally as they push so hard for both the economic and electoral reforms.

Despite the fact that Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on Saturday warned Raila Odinga that Monday demonstrations will be the last in the country vowing to deal with him properly, Baba maintained that Monday mass action will still go on.

However Kenya Kwanza Government have been finally exposed on what they are planning ahead of tomorrow’s mega rally to interfere with Azimio demonstrations, after Raila told Ruto to vacate the office claiming that he never won elections.

Kenya Media Sector Working Group has claimed that they have got wind of a plot being hatched to shut down the broadcast media and internet services ahead of the anti-government protests on Monday.

During a press address on Sunday, Kenya Editors Guild (KEG) president Churchill Otieno alleged that there are plans to gag the media and internet services and plunge the nation into “information darkness”, claiming that such kind of move will sabotage People’s right to information.

“We have received reports of plans to shut down the broadcast media and the internet and throw the country into information darkness ahead of tomorrow’s demonstrations. “This will be most ill-advised assault on Kenyan democracy because it denies the public their right to information,” said Mr. Otieno.
