COURSES GOVT WILL NOT SPONSOR DESPITE STUDENT’S GRADE.

School fees for all students undertaking their studies on the varied public universities strategically placed within the Kenyan borders has taken a major twist after the Kenyan Government institutionalized pivotal changes.

Addressing today the 5th day of May 2023, the Kenyan Government has announced that all university students undertaking Engineering programmes will be required to pay school fees amounting to Ksh 396,000 per year.

The Kenyan Government has divulged that out of the Ksh 396,000 school fees per yet for engineering program, the state will pay Ksh 209,880 for all Government sponsored students while the Higher Education Loans Board will disburse Ksh 158,400 to the students undertaking the program.

The Kenyan Government has divulged that students undertaking a course in medicine will be entitled to a school fees of Ksh 720,000 per year.

Out of this, the state will pay Ksh 381,600 while the Higher Education Loans Board will disburse Ksh288,000 to the students.
