AMOUNT OF MONEY CHEBUKATI WILL TAKE HOME AFTER SERVING FOR 6 YRS

An exclusive report by Nation Africa has revealed that the Chebukati 3 Members (Boya Molu, Abdi Guliye, and Chebukati Wafula) are expected to part ways with Kshs 32 Million.

This is by the end of this week when they will exit office ending their 6 years of working with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission since 2016 January 15th when Uhuru Kenyatta appointed them following the resignation of Isaac Hassan Team.

According to the report by the media, while Boya Molu and Abdi Guliye are expected to part with 10 Million Each Chebukati will pocket a total of 12 Million.

All these retirement Perks, according to the report, don’t include other Government benefits such as NHIF Cover, Security details, and Government vehicles among others.

Nevertheless, the development comes amid a backdrop of reports of a disquiet in the Commission over the Vacancy. Parliament is said to be fast-tracking laws that will See Chebukati and his team replaced.
