SHARON OTIENO GHOST HAUNT OBADO AND WILLIAM RUTO

It all started when Governor Obado who accompanied DP Ruto on his day three tour within Nyanza region which is considered Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga’s stronghold tried to address the crowd.

Instead, he was welcomed by boos from the locals who immediately started chanting Sharon Otieno’s name which forced the governor to cut short his speech.

It is worth noting that Governor Obado is facing a court case in which he is accused of ending the life of Otieno who was a student at Rongo University.
Governor Obado is charged alongside his Personal Assistant (PA) Michael Oyamo and Casper Obiero.

Otieno who had a relationship with the Governor was also pregnant at the time her body was found dumped in a thicket near Kodera forest in September 2018.

In his promise to Migori locals, DP Ruto said that he was out to work with the hustler nation and nothing will stop him from clinching the presidency.

“I have always supported the rich to ascend to power but this time round I am going to stand with the hustlers,” he said.

The incident which occurred in Migori town in Suna West Constituency forced Ruto to make a number of changes in his itinerary.

This saw the DP fail to proceed to areas within Suna East after police intelligence informed him could have led to chaos similar to those that were witnessed in Kondele, Kisumu County.

On Wednesday, tension was high in Kondele when the DPs motorcade was stoned in what police say had been caused by a donation that was given by Ruto.

In Migori, the DP also failed to proceed to Posta Grounds which would have been the last place he was to visit in the Nyanza tour.

At Posta Grounds, intelligence reports indicated that chaos could have erupted which saw police officers try separate rival groups that were waiting for Ruto.
