RUTO INVITES RAILA ODINGA TO A SPECIAL EVENT

It has come to light that Raila Odinga would be joining this year’s National Prayer Breakfast as a special guest along with other Azimio la Umoja principals.

The Azimio Principles among other guests have been invited to the gathering which will be held at the Safari Park hotel on Thika superhighway tomorrow.

This will be the first major event hosted by His Excellency, President William Ruto, and it is unclear whether or not Raila Odinga will attend.

William Ruto, the president, will meet with lawmakers from both parties as the Chief Guest during the event.

It is unclear at this time if the next leadership would enable MPs to openly discuss the country’s political climate.

William Ruto will be reuniting with members of parliament from both his Kenya Kwanza government and the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition for the second time since convening parliament.

It should be noted that Raila skipped last year’s Prayer Breakfast but was represented by his running mate at the time, Martha Karua.
