Number of CS Ruto Has Offered To Raila in a New Deal

In what could jeopardize the careers of some Government officials such as Cabinet Secretaries and Principal Secretaries, the standard Newspaper has on Thursday reported that a cabinet Reshuffle is now in the making with those aware of the development saying Raila has submitted 3 names of allies who will be included in the Ruto Government.

According to the report by the local publication, it has also emerged that Raila has demanded that the Kenya Kwanza side will fast-track the creation of the Office of the Opposition as well as the creation of shadow Cabinets who will be paid by the Kenyans’ taxpayers money.

At the same time, Some leaders within the Kenya Kwanza administration gave a snippet of a deal that will keep the pace between Ruto and Raila.

A three-member committee from the Azimio side is amenable to the deal, which provides among other things the introduction of the office of Official Leader of Opposition and shadow Cabinet Secretaries who will be facilitated by the State.

There is also talk of a Cabinet reshuffle to include at least three of Raila’s allies in government.
