The leading presidential candidates have toured the voter rich mount Kenya region seeking to win the hearts of the region.

The presidential candidate who will pick a running mate from Mount Kenya is expected to get higher votes from the area.

Gatundu South Member of parliament Moses Kuria has endorsed Martha Karua to become the deputy president candidate for Mount Kenya region.

Appearing after being absent from the public space following the severe leg burns injuries he suffered, he said that Karua stands out as the best deputy Presidential candidate.

“I want to endorse Martha Karua for the position of the Deputy President. She has the integrity, she has the stamina, she has a sterling record as a crusader for both multipartism and human rights,” the Chama Cha Kazi party leader stated.

Moses Kuria being Ruto’s Ally is likely to influence the decision that he makes in the next year’s presidential election.
