Pastor Dumps Poop at Ruto’s Office

A self-proclaimed pastor – who poured human excrement at the entrance of the president’s office have pleaded guilty

As reported by Getto Radio Samuel Mburu Ngugi,56 was charged with handling and disposing harmful waste contrary to Section 87(7) as read with Section 5 of Environment Management Act 1999.‘

The two police officers were on patrol along the Harambee Avenue area at around 13.00 when Mburu threw human feaces at the entrance of President office which is also a protected area.

According to the prosecution, Mburu’s intention was to cause environmental pollution and ill-health to the officers manning the president’s office.

Mburu was swiftly apprehended by the hawk-eyed police and booked at Kenyatta International Convention Centre(KICC) police station and arraigned at a Nairobi court.

Surprisingly, Mburu pleaded guilty to the charges levelled against him.

He is currently remanded at Industrial Area Prison

The trial magistrate directed the prosecution to avail all the material evidence and witnesses on Tuesday, 13 February 2024, when Mburu arraigned for sentencing.
