MITHIKA LINTURI HAS PARTED WAYS WITH DP WILLIAM RUTO
Meru Senator Mithika Linturi has been ordered not to associate with Deputy President William Ruto and allies after the Court issued tough orders.
On Tuesday the Court has released Meru Senator Mithika Linturi on a Ksh 5Million bond or Ksh 2 Million cash bail following his latest incitement remarks in front of Deputy President Wiliam Ruto and allies at an Eldoret tour.
According to the Court, they have informed Senator Mithika that he should ensure that during the time he is answering the charges, he should ensure that he does not have contact witnesses either by proxy or directly.
Among witnesses in the event were Deputy President William Ruto and United Democratic Alliance leaders, Governors like Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru, and MPs like Ndindi Nyoro, Oscar Sudi, Garissa Town MP Aden Duale.
