KTN Swahili news anchor Mary seems to be sending a crucial message to her detractors.

This comes after rumours of her hubby, COTU boss Francis Atwoli, taking on a younger wife.

All this turned out to be lies, as the couple debunked them and laughed them off.

During her recent exclusive birthday party, Mary couldn’t help but make fun of the rumour.

She captioned her photos saying: “The Birthday that was. The 23-year-old turned a year older. Lord, I am very Grateful. I am a #Psalms124:2 Gem. MKA.”

The Bible verse she quotes was directed at her haters. It reads:

If the LORD had not been on our side when our enemies attacked us, then they would have swallowed us alive in their furious anger against us.

But now it seems like Mary needs to send another message to haters.

In an Instagram post, the TV beauty wrote,”Do not mistake her quiet and gentle spirit for weakness…”

Mary points out that she will not respond to haters in a public forum but rather on her knees where she will communicate with God what she needs.
