KALONZO’S TWO WORDS THAT SHOCKED THE NATION

One Kenya Alliance principal Kalonzo Musyoka has on Saturday, March 12, 2022, avowed his support for ODM Leader Raila Odinga’s fifth stab at the presidency.

Speaking at the Jacaranda grounds in Nairobi, the Wiper party leader narrated his political journey with Raila stating their low and high moments.

Kalonzo, who was touted to be running solo in the Uhuru succession race, stated that he was compelled to shelve his presidential interests in favour of the former premier.

The former Vice President said that having deputized Raila in his successive quests for the presidency, he believed the ODM leader was going to support him in the August polls.

“I thought Raila was going to say Kalonzo Tosha this time round, but for the interest of the nation I say Raila Tosha,” he said.

Kalonzo however underscored that he will be backing Raila for the third time for the good of the nation. He announced that he will now hit the campaign trail and drum up support for the Azimio flagbearer.
