I have Fallen in Love With her, Peter Salasya Gets a Wife

Controversial Mumias East  member of parliament, Peter Salasya has declared his intention to marry Smirti Vidyarthi, an anchor for NTV News who recently blasted him for slapping an MCA at a funeral.

Instead of just watching the memo and correcting his actions, this is what Peter Salasya did. The MP shared a video of the television anchor criticizing him for slapping an MCA on his official Facebook page. He took a sudden turn and said he was in love with her, saying he wanted to marry her.

“I want to marry this news anchor. She is beautiful and mature to be married… Huyu ako sawa kabisa mtu anipe number yake.. Thank you so much #NTV. I can see you have mentored a good wife for me. Am ready to be married to this your beautiful presenter. Please tag her for me. I have fallen in love with her.” Salasya wrote.

In “The Memo,” Smirti directed her criticism at Salasya, condemning what she deemed as immaturity and foolishness displayed during a burial ceremony.

The journalist called out leaders who caused a disturbance during the ceremony, highlighting MP Salasya’s actions in slapping an MCA as shameful. She further provided a stern lecture to Salasya, urging him to mature and grow up.

“Mr Salasya stop dancing on people’s graves and seeking to draw political points out of them. Have an heart. Style up. Some may say grow up” Smirti said.
