FRED MATIANG’I MESSAGE TO WILLIAM RUTO

Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i has torn into Deputy President William Ruto’s hustler narrative, describing it as a dangerous campaign strategy.

Speaking during a meeting with the National Council Churches of Kenya on Wednesday, August 25, in Nairobi, the tough-talking CS claimed German dictator Adolf Hitler was also a hustler.

Matiang’i argued Hitler rode on the campaign to end poverty among the masses, presenting himself as a strong leader who could end misery but thereafter turned against them.

“Hitler during the campaigns in Germany told Germans to give him five years and he will give them a different Germany. He actually gave them a different Germany because he killed jews and di other horrible things.”

He cautioned Kenyans against electing Ruto saying he was making unrealistic promises.

“But he (Hitler) moved around sweeping the country taking advantage of poverty, weaponising and then using it as a platform. Let us not fall into traps set for us by things that are not true and not realistic,” Matiang’i said as reported by NTV.
