DETAILS LEAKED ON HOW RUTO WANTS TO CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION

Narok Senator Ledama Olekina has shared documents of how President William Ruto wants to change the Constitution as new details emerge.

Sharing a notice dated November 1st, Ledama Olekina has informed that going by the plans to change the Constitution, “this KK Government of William Ruto if not checked will assault and mutilate the constitution of Kenya!”

Adding that “The basic structure cannot be changed! A legislature is a legislature and he is not an extension of the executive!”

In the notice sent to the Narok Senator, the Kenya Kwanza team is planning to initiate changes to the Constitution under standing order 114[7A].

It has been established that the changes to the Constitution are sponsored by Hon Gichimu Githinji and Hon Stephen Mule who are part of the Kenya Kwanza team.

In the notice, the strategy on how to introduce the changes of the Constitution, the two MPs were the ones to introduce the agenda and through the support of Speaker Moses Wetangula, they will have the agenda sail through.
