Chaos, Ruto Locks Out Anne Waiguru

Kirinyaga governor Ann Waiguru now comes out clear over the claims that she was blocked from accessing statehouse here in Nairobi to sign performance contract with the head of state and government president William Ruto saying that county governors are county bosses and do not sign any contract with the radif state and government.

“NTV Kenya FY1 Governors as elected county officials do not sinlgn performance contract with the executive. Please refre to Art 6 of the constitution. The allegations “lateness to sign performance contract with the executive” is errouneous and misleading and unfortunate,” the vocal governor said.

She was responding to the article published by the NTV Kenya indicating that the Kirinyaga governor, Tracde CS Moses Kuria, Interior CS Kithure Kindiki are among the top government officials who were blocked from accessing statehouse after arriving to the today’s event late which made the hea of state and government late and blocked them out.
