NI KUBAYA. ATWOLI REVEALS WHAT HE WILL DO TO MUSALIA TODAY
Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General Francis Atwoli has responded to claims that Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi will empower workers if given a chance to be the president.
Atwoli started by pointing out that Mudavadi, while he was a Finance Minister in 1994, he sneaked in a redundancy clause in the Finance Bill.
He further claimed that he has ashamed the Luhya community for allowing Deputy President William Ruto to fund his National Delegates Congress.
“And who told him he’s going to be President? Befriending Ruto is not the key to Presidency. He has ashamed the Luhyas by allowing Ruto to fund his NDC.
As I said earlier, ANC and FORD-K are POLITICAL COMMERCIAL KIOSKS for Mudavadi and Wetangula. I will respond fully tomorrow (January 31),” he tweeted.
His response comes at a time when a charged crowd at Bomas of Kenya, where the congress was going on, started chanting ‘Atwoli must go’.
