As Chef, you’ll craft menus that blend local flavors with global cuisine, mentor kitchen crew, and ensure impeccable food quality.

Your creativity will shine as you design dishes that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients.

What You’ll Do:

▪️Lead and inspire the kitchen team
▪️Maintain top-notch food quality
▪️Manage inventory and minimize waste
▪️ Champion kitchen hygiene and safety
▪️Foster team growth and development
▪️Create tailored menus for special events
▪️ Keep a keen eye on cost management

What You Need:
▪️Proven Chef experience (minimum 5 years, practical Eldoret)
▪️Diploma, Degree or Relevant certification.
▪️A pulse on food trends – local & International ingredients.
▪️Leadership and communication prowess
▪️Passion for elevating the dining experience
