Chaos as 2 Politicians Fight Each Other in Vihiga

It has been a big showdown at a send off ceremony in Vihiga after COTU boss Francis Atwoli has fought with Senator Godfrey Osotsi over a microphone.

Things went wrong when Osotsi began attacking a section of leaders allied with Kenya Kwanza that were attending this service. He had earlier on dealt with Atwoli by warning him against disrespecting Raila.

Osotsi went too far when he publicly chose to humiliate Atwoli by snubbing him instead of giving him a chance to speak yet the one being buried served as the chairman of COTU which is under the patronage of Atwoli.

“Na tena wacha nikuambie mheshimiwa Raila ni mkristo. Hiyo mambo ambayo unasema hiyo ndio nyinyi huwa mnafanya sio Raila Odinga. Sasa wa mwisho kabla sijaita baba deputy governor wetu mheshimiwa Kitiezo. Kitiezo karibu uongee,” said Osotsi.

In a blink of an eye, Atwoli quickly rose from his seat and went direct to confront Osotsi and tried to take a microphone he was holding in his hands.

It took some minutes before Atwoli finally managed to grab the microphone and began leading the ceremony. He proceeded to call his ally honorable Raila Odinga to come and speak claiming that he was heading to Busia after that event.

“This is COTU hii ni matanga yangu. Mimi ni mtu wa hapa. Yeye ataongea na mimi. Mimi ndio nitaita deputy governor. Hii ni matanga ya COTU Central Organization of Trade Unions ukitaka kwenda ita yenu. Mimi nataka kumuita mheshimiwa shemeji yangu Raila. Nataia kumuiya mheshimiwa Raila anaenda Busia tumusikize,” responded Atwoli.
