Bomb Attack in Uganda
Latest reports have revealed that Uganda has narrowly escaped a terrorist attack after the Ugandan forces intercepted a terrorist that was planning to detonate an IED in a church. The terrorist was allegedly intercepted in the church compound before he could fulfill his mission.
Ballistic experts were successful to detonate the IED bomb in time. As by the time of writing this article the police were trailing three other bombs believed to be in the city.
“Uganda Police Preempt City Church Bombing. Police in Uganda have foiled a terror attack in the capital Kampala after a terrorist sporting an IED was intercepted outside a church compound. Ballistics experts safely detonated the IED. Police trailing 3 more IED’s around the City.” CTNSIS revealed.
Cases of terrorist attacks have become rampant in East Africa in recent days. Terrorists have been attacking different places and Kenya is among those that have been affected. The police are however hopeful that they will succeed to eliminate all the terrorists for good.
