BIG WIN FOR RAILA ODINGA

There has been a debate recently fueled by president William Samoei Arap Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza Alliance politicians that the retirement for the retired incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta, former second Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya Hon Raila Amolo Odinga and the Wiper Kenya Democratic Movement party leader Hon Kalonzo Musyoka should be stopped.

They argue that this is because the three leaders are still in active politics and should therefore not be eligible for the pensions.

But the three vocal and veteran politicians have received good news as the following is publicly revealed to Kenyans.

According to The Star Kenya, the treasury has contradicted with president Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza Alliance government MPs on the pension of the three leaders.

This is because it has proposed a law that will remove limits for pensions to bigwigs who are still active in politics. This means that they will be free to engage in politics in their own free will.
